Salon Policies

Consultation is required prior to book any locs installation service.
Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Deposit is final and non-refundable.
There are no refunds once the appointment has been completed.
Initial service price booked will not be reduced if client change their service during the appointment.
No guest or kid allowed during service unless, a service is book for them as well.
Call or text when running late. A late fee will apply after 20min. More than 30 min late will result in rescheduling for the next available opening.
Payments made will be applied to rescheduled appointment one time ONLY.
Salon is located in Pittsburgh,PA 15227. Use this to estimate drive time. Exact address will be provided after deposit is paid.

Time frame for install: 8 hours/day

Number of days depends on your hair length, volume and method of install.

Locs FAQs

Q: Can I wash my hair after getting locs?

A: Yes, once every 2 weeks. This will be determine after your install by your loctician.

Q: How often can I retie?

A: Retie is needed every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your loc maturation stage and lifestyle. This will be clarify after your install.

Q: How can I maintain my microlocs \Sisterlocks?

A: microlocs are low maintenance hair style. All you need is just water or rose water + a light natural oil to seal in the moisturize on your scalp when needed. Do not skip your retie it can be costly as your locs may combine, freeform, and will need costly repare.

Q: Can I color my locs?

A: It is recommended to color your hair before your consultation or wait at least 1 year after install to avoid ruining your locs.
